Privacy Policy

MetaOne is a static website with no user accounts. We keep things simple and collect as little as possible — here's exactly what that means.

Last updated: June 2026

In short: we don't ask you to sign in, we don't sell your data, and the settings you choose in our tools stay in your own browser. The main third parties involved are Google Fonts and, when you click a gear link, Amazon.

Information we collect

We do not require registration and do not ask for personal information such as your name or email to use the site. We do not run our own accounts, comments, or contact forms that store your data.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in standard server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Local storage (your settings)

Our tools save your preferences in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. For example:

  • The Aim Trainer remembers your mode, target size, duration, sensitivity and chosen crosshair.
  • The Crosshair Generator may keep the crosshair you're editing in the page URL so you can share or bookmark it.

This data lives only on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings (clearing site data for metaone.gg).

Cookies & analytics

MetaOne itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics in the future to understand which pages are popular, we will update this policy to describe it. Third-party services linked below may set their own cookies once you interact with them.

Third-party services

Google Fonts

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google may receive your IP address and request details. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links (Amazon & others)

Some pages link to gear through affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. These links route through our own /external redirect and then to the retailer. When you follow one, the retailer (e.g. Amazon) may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policy so any purchase can be attributed to us. We only receive anonymous, aggregate commission reports — never your payment details or personal information.

Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate and a participant in other affiliate programs, MetaOne may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on this site, at no additional cost to you. This helps keep the site free.

Children's privacy

MetaOne is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

  • Clear the site's local storage and cookies via your browser's settings at any time.
  • Block or limit third-party requests (such as fonts) using browser settings or extensions.
  • Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or privacy modes; the site works without saving any preferences.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves or to reflect new services. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
